Vivi Ton is the Senior Staff Accountant at DeGrē Professional and started in May of 2022. She has over 4 years’ experience working in accounting and finance. Vivi is very meticulous in her work and always strives to do better. She is a great communicator and loves working with people. Vivi is recently married and loves traveling with her husband and spending time with her loved ones when she’s not working.
Elena Shternberg is the Controller at DeGrē Professional. She has over 20 years’ experience working in accounting and finance. Elena comes to DeGre with her masters in finance degree. In addition to her responsibility for DeGrē’s financial strategy, Elena is the chief fiduciary, responsible for budgeting and forecasting, risk management, human resources, and economic strategy for DeGrē.
Elena is extremely talented in building positive and lasting collaborative relationships with principals, staff, vendors, and customers, based on trust and dependability and with a sense of humor and constant positive attitude.
Elena is motivated to “leave it better than you found it” with all things. In her free time, Elena likes to travel the world and enjoys cooking for her family.
Denise Hammann is the CEO and owner of DeGrē Professional. She has been leading the charge as the CEO and owner of DeGrē since its inception in January 2022, bringing with her a wealth of experience in treasury management and corporate accounting.
Denise provides support with the daily operations, new business, and consults on new and existing grants. She has over 10 years of experience in treasury management, and a strong background in corporate accounting and bookkeeping. In Denise’s free time you can find her checking out one of the many restaurants Portland has to offer or on walks with her dog Jameson.
